What is the benefit of having my item embroidered instead of screen printed?

There are pros and cons to both.

Embroidered items can cost a little more, but their perceived value is much higher. The imprint will also last a lot longer since the embroidery won’t fade away with the passing of years and tons of washes.

You should also consider the fact that an embroidered logo literally stands out from your item. Screen printing sets a very fine layer of ink to your product; embroidery has more mass to it so it will rest slightly higher than your item.

Also the majority of embroidered items allow for you to have multiple colors without having to pay extra. The allowance of extra colors makes embroidery ideal for schools and organizations who have a multi-color logo and don’t want to simplify their color palate

Our bare minimum is 6 pieces. We offer price breaks for higher quantities, but we want you to be able to order a few pieces without having to place a bulk order first.

What's the turnaround time for embroidery?

Turnaround for standard embroidery averages between 7-10 days after artwork approval. Embroidered patches take about 3 weeks after approval of artwork. Rush services are available. If you have event status orders, please let us know in advance so that we can best meet them in time.

Nope, some of our jacket designs are 130,000 stitches for the back only.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process where we take your logo/text and create actual stitch paths for the machine to use to sew. This is not the same as having a vector file or cad file. Completely different process involved.

Yes. We can certainly do 3D or “Puff” embroidery. In order to do this, the file must be specifically digitized for 3D embroidery.

Can you match Pantone colors for embroidery?

Depending on the color, we can match it accurately with embroidery threads, but not all Pantone colors are represented among the thread colors. This is due to the limited number of thread colors available from thread manufacturers. We have a system for color matching and we can match your color very closely, but a perfect match is not possible among all Pantone colors.

If your design is taller than it is wide, we can make it 16” tall by 10.5” wide. If your design is wider than it is tall, we can make it 15.5” wide by 10.5” tall

We can accept embroidery files, such as DSTs and EMB files. Of course, we can also convert your JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, EPS, and CDR files into an embroidery file format. Please be sure to supply us with the highest quality image possible to ensure maximum accuracy. Sending an embroidery file will decrease your setup fees.
